The CCIM certification is the most highly respected qualification for a practitioner in commercial real estate properties. It is estimated that only 6% of commercial real estate agents ever attain this elite designation and status.

The 7,500 CCIM Members comprise an elite corps of real

estate agents that are fully trained to analyze investment properties and deal with the complexities of sale of those unique properties.

The CCIM membership network mirrors the increasingly changing nature of the industry and includes brokers, leasing professionals, investment counselors, asset managers, appraisers, corporate real estate executives, property managers, developers, institutional investors, commercial lenders, attorneys, bankers and other allied professionals.

Jeff has embarked on a rigorous and extensive course of study, and Oprandi Realty congratulates him on this ambitious undertaking. He will be an invaluable asset to sellers and buyers of commercial real estate.

He has earned the prestigious GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute) designation, and holds an Associate Broker License in Georgia and North Carolina and an Affiliate Broker License in Tennessee. He serves his community as Pastor of Confidence United Methodist Church in Blairsville.
