Mountain Community Chorus
     The new Fall/Christmas Season of 2006 for the Mountain Community Chorus will begin on Monday, September 11, with auditions for new singers and for general registration at 6 p.m. in the Recital Hall of Clegg Fine Arts Building on Young Harris College Campus.

Artist award winners announced
     Over 3,500 attendees were drawn to the Hiawassee Festival of Arts, held August 26 27 at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Festival goers enjoyed a combination of fine arts and crafts, live jazz performances, children's educational activities and some great food.
