The Conservative Country Coalition

The Conservative Country Coalition, a local non-profit organization, will be holding an interest meeting on Thursday, August 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the Union County Library in Blairsville. This meeting is open to anyone who is interested

in finding out more about the Coalition's efforts to protect and preserve conservative family values in the Blue Ridge Mountain region, as well as its special support the troops projects. Now, more than ever, it is vital that we act to preserve traditional

values because the future of our country depends on it. Recently the ACLU won round one of a crucial battle being waged in our backyard. Even now, the ACLU lawyers are gearing up for their lawsuit against the White County School Board. Should they prevail, our neighbors will be forced to pay a vast sum as punishment for standing up for family values. But, if the increasingly bold ACLU were to be handed a defeat, the effects would be felt throughout the entire nation.
