Foster and Adoption Party The public is invited to attend an afternoon of fun and information about fostering and adopting. The event, called a "Fosterware Party," is set for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 7, in the conference room at the Mountain Regional Library in Young Harris. Retired Towns County foster parent Heather H. George will host the event. The casual meeting is designed to offer information about fostering and adopting through the state. Ms. George and her husband, David, recently retired from 10 years of fostering in Towns County. The Georges have also adopted 4 children through the State of Georgia.
