Superior Paints of Hiawassee plans for Grand Re-Opening Celebration

Superior Paints of Hiawassee, 3921 Hwy. 76 E,, will celebrate the Grand Re-Opening of its well-known paint shop the entire week of April 17 through the 22, 2006. Completely redesigned, the facility offers customers a quiet, helpful and appealing shopping experience to gain confidence in their color and application technique choices. In addition, visitors to the store will receive two Free Color Samples (two ounces each), or their own Personal Color Viewer software.

This software allows users to see (virtually) how Benjamin Moore paints may look in their own home settings using their own digital images.

One important reason for the redesign of Superior Paints was to combine their highly personalized customer service and painting expertise with the strong appeal of one of Americas best-respected premium brands. Store design innovations include: an exterior sign emphasizes the Benjamin Moore premium brand name products and where to buy them, as they are not available at warehouse home centers. The Superior Paints name is directly below this, combining the strength of

national brand with Robinett Paints local appeal.

Store configuration is open, bright and customer-friendly, including a Design Inspiration Center. A Color Sample selection center offers 260 of the most popular and trendy colors. Each sample covers a 4 sq. ft. area so customers can try the color on their wall before buying.

The complete re-design of the store interior, from fixtures to merchandising arrays, provides an environment where shoppers can find everything needed in one convenient, well-organized area.

As an independent retailer we found that customers want a personalized shopping experience; one that they certainly aren't getting at the big home centers or companyowned stores, said Jason Brooks, storeowner. "There is, after all, more to paint than meets the eye."
