Habitat Bowling Tournament

The second annual Habitat for Humanity bowling tournament will be held at Galaxy Bowling in Blairsville Saturday May 6th. This will again be a handicap tournament and it will give everyone a fair chance to win.

Last years tournament was a great success and most of last years sponsors will be with us again. The format will be about the same as last year, however we will be bowling with four man teams instead of five. So if you have a regular team of four, you won't need to look for a fifth man this year. Also, the prize money has been increased from $300 to $400 for first place, $300 for second and $200 for third. There will also be

door prizes and gift

certificates for

events during the

tournament. Last

year we had 18 teams,

so your chances to win are good.

We will soon be breaking ground for our 6th house in Towns and Union counties.

Your participation in this event is tax deductible and goes to a worthy cause to build a house for a local needy family.
